INTRODUCING  YOUR  TEACHER’S  &  CLASSES  FOR  THE  DAY 教师和课程介绍

Rob Lucas

http://www.reddoor-yoga.com

Practicing yoga as a way of life for over a decade, Rob began in 1997 with a small yoga community in Canada. The passion he developed there sent him to Mysore, India, where he spent a year developing his yoga practice, and around the world, where he has been teaching and practicing yoga with numerous internationally known and respected teachers such as Richard Freeman, Michel Besnard, V. Sheshadri and Pattabhi Jois. Each of his teachers has had a different perspective, and from these many different influences, Rob has found his own unique style.

Rob’s classes at Love. Hope. Yoga:-

8.30-10am: Ashtanga  阿斯汤歌瑜伽

This strong practice is done through a specific sequence through breath control, energy locks and gazing that develops strength, flexibility and stamina.

10.30am-12pm: Flow  流瑜伽

Flow Yoga is derived from Ashtanga as a way to make it more fun and accessible to those new to Yoga.

 Indrawati Widjanarko

http://www.thejourneyinwards.com/

Indra started practicing yoga 15 years ago during her University studies. She is passionate about yoga, believing that it is a way to heal the body and mind. Beyond the asanas, it brings about harmony and balance into our lives. Indra loves to share her chanting with her students which is another healing method. Through mantra and vibrations as well as meditation with visualization, we are able reconnect our bodies to our breath, our mind, and help us awaken that internal energy within. She has studied many styles of yoga so her sessions are extremely creative and she is able to guide your energy in order to find that inner harmony in life.

Indra’s classes at Love. Hope. Yoga:-

Jo’s classes at Love. Hope. Yoga:-

8.30-10am: Pranayama, Chanting & Meditation  息、唱、冥想

Proper breathing not only promotes maximum health benefits, it can also energize and deeply relax us from the inside out. In this session you will first learn how to breathe properly and efficiently, then we will explore the simple and effective ways of awakening your potential through the voice as a powerful healing tool. Lastly we will harness our group energy and combine our intentions for a healing and grounded meditation. No experience required – just come with an open mind and heart. Come discover the healing potential in you now!

10.30am-12pm:  Dynamic Meditation & Healing Circle  活跃冥想+能量治疗圈

Expect no pre-exquisites, no pretenses and no limitations. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a first-timer, your presence will be warmly welcomed and greatly contribute to the group. We will breathe, move, dance, chant and meditate as one unit; together yet independent. We will release, balance, heal and connect with ourselves as well as others at this sacred space. No experience required – just bring your presence and enjoy the magical journey!

Jessica’s classes at Love. Hope. Yoga:-

8.30-10am: Metabolic Typing

There is not one ideal diet that is perfect for everyone. During this talk we will discuss how some people function best on a high carbohydrate more vegetarian type diet while others are actually healthier on a high fat, high protein diet. We will discuss genetic and environmental factors that contribute to the wide variation in “ideal” diets and learn ways to discover our own highly individualized macronutrient needs.

1030am-12noon: Slow Flow Vinyasa

In this class our movements will be guided by the rhythm of the breath rather than our breath being controlled by the movement of our body. Gentle linking of the breath with our movements will help oxygenate our cells, support the lymphatic system in removing toxins, strengthen the cardiovascular system and create space to find that quiet place within ourselves where peace and tranquility can be found.

IMPORTANT NOTE 注意:

Except for the ‘Metabolic Typing’ class, please keep an empty stomach before attending the class. 请空腹上课
