Most styles of Yoga today that are commonly practiced are considered Hatha Yoga,

which is the physical practice of Yoga. The subtle practices of Raja Yoga,

the Yoga of the mind is often neglected.

Some say Raja Yoga is the pathway to self-discovery,

growth and liberation of the body, mind and soul. Regardless of your background and experience,

this series of workshops aims to (re)introduce the simple, important and

powerful practices as key practices. I do hope this will assist and enhance

your unique journey of inner reflection, growth and discovering your full potential!

1.     Learning the subtle but powerful practices in Hatha Yoga to refresh, enhance and deepen take your practice

2.     As an alternative practice of Raja Yoga (Yoga of the mind) in contrast to Hatha Yoga (the physical practice)

3.     Reintroducing the most basic yet profound art of breathing through Pranayama

4.     Creating a strong sense of Body Awareness through mindfulness, observation and practice skills

5.     Learn Bandhas (energy locks) to protect the body, as well as to improve and enjoy your practice

6.     Learn Kriyas (cleansing practices) as meditative, detoxifying tools for the mind, body and senses

7.     Discover simple, fun, efficient ways to calm, focus and sharpen your senses

8.     Start including inward, meditative and grounding practices to further explore the Self

9.     Learn Meditation and Chanting as ways to quiet the mind, relax the senses and manage stress levels

10.  As a gateway to begin self-healing and energy work

11.  Explore useful tools for your journey of inner reflection, growth and discovering your full potential

Who is it for:

Everyone! No previous experience required.

Open to all levels of practitioners, especially for beginners and those who wish to refresh,

enhance or advance their practice. Especially suitable for those who are experiencing

bodily injury and/or mental/emotional traumas who may be challenged by physical activities.

Workshop Schedule:

Week 1 (July 1st): Pranayama, Kriyas, Bandhas

Week 2 (July 8th): Pranayama, Kriyas, Meditation

Week 3 (July 15th): Pranayama, Kriyas, Chanting

Week 4 (July 22nd): Full Moon Meditation**

Week 5 (July 29th): Pranayama, Chanting, Meditation, Kriyas
* A special class that includes Wishes and Manifestations, everyone is welcomed!

Classes are in English although simple Chinese translation is done if necessary
