Feeling stressed? Not breathing properly? Want to quiet the mind and calm the senses? Come learn easy, effective ways to meditate, breathe better and relax your entire being. We will explore Pranayama, the Yogic art of breathing better, as well as simple Meditation techniques to balance and heal oneself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Everyone is welcome; no experience necessary. This class is especially recommended for those suffering from Asthma, Sinus problems, Insomnia, Stress, Depression or those wanting to learn the power of relaxation.
